Work is well underway to remodel and extend this 1930s detached residence in the cathedral quarter in the heart of Lincoln. Unfortunately, the existing house was not taking advantage of the stunning views of the cathedral. By replanning the interior spaces, adding an additional floor level and opening up the rear facade, the primary rooms of the house are now all orientated towards the Grade I listed cathedral that sits prominently on its hilltop position in the city.
